Beauty Supply & Product Sales Policy

All sales of hair extensions, wigs, tools, and beauty supply products are final.

Due to the nature of these products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase has been completed. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Hair extensions

  • Wigs

  • Hair tools

  • Accessories

  • Any opened or unopened hair products

Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a product prior to placing your order, we encourage you to contact us so we can assist you in making an informed decision.

Product Inspection & Quality Assurance

All hair extensions, wigs, and beauty supply products are thoroughly inspected prior to sale and shipment to ensure quality and accuracy. Once products leave our possession, we are not responsible for issues resulting from improper handling, wear, or care.

Shipping, Delivery & Insurance

Beauty Within Collection ships all orders via USPS. All packages are insured at the time of shipment.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by USPS, Beauty Within Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. This includes packages marked as delivered to the correct address.

If your package is lost, delayed, or stolen after shipment, you must contact USPS directly to file a claim using the provided tracking number. USPS is solely responsible for delivery-related issues once the package is in their possession.

In-Store Pickup

Select products may be available for in-store pickup. Customers choosing in-store pickup are responsible for collecting their order during designated pickup times. Orders not picked up within the stated timeframe may be subject to cancellation or restocking at our discretion.

By placing an order with Beauty Within Collection, you acknowledge and agree to all product, shipping, and pickup policies outlined on this page.

Booking & Service Policies

Salon services, appointments, and classes are subject to separate booking policies, which are outlined during the scheduling process. These policies may include guidelines related to deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows.

By booking an appointment or enrolling in a class, you agree to the terms presented at the time of booking.

Policy Agreement

By making a purchase from Beauty Within Collection or booking a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
